How to procure — without an EU tender

Contracts under 1M DKK can typically be entered directly if the service is objectively priced and without special customisation. Our standard agreement falls within SKI 02.06 (IT operations) — meaning you can draw on an already-approved framework without a separate tender.

Price example for a mid-sized municipality (50,000 inhabitants): typically 100,000–500,000 calls/mo → 299 DKK/mo Pro tier. Under 4,000 DKK/year — below the threshold for obtaining multiple quotes.

NemHandel + OIOUBL — how it works

  1. At registration you provide your EAN number (13 digits, e.g. 5798009811462).
  2. We send all invoices as OIOUBL 2.1 XML via the Nemhandel register (NHR).
  3. The invoice lands directly in your finance system — KMD Opus, Prisme, SAP, or another ERP.
  4. No paper, no PDF, no manual scanning. 100% compliant with the Danish e-invoicing regulation.
