Terms of Service

By using Danadresse you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
The service — business use only
Danadresse provides a REST API for Danish addresses, drop-in compatible with DAWA
(api.dataforsyningen.dk), plus enrichment data and an MCP server. Address data originates
from Klimadatastyrelsen (CC BY 4.0). The service is offered to businesses and
professionals only (B2B). Consumer-protection rules, including any statutory
right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret), do not apply.
Account and API keys
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret.
- Keys are for your own use. You may use a key from your own servers,
devices and environments, but not share it with third parties. Each plan allows a fixed
number of keys. A key used from an unusually high number of IP addresses (a sign it has
leaked) first gets a warning and may then be blocked until you create a new one or
unblock it in the dashboard. Keys used in a web page must be locked to your domain.
Systematic circumvention is a breach of these terms.
- Keys per plan: Free 2, Basis 8, Pro 20, Enterprise 50. Every plan can lock a key to your
own domains; locking a key to IP addresses is part of Enterprise.
- Resale requires our written agreement. You may not resell, sublicense or
otherwise make API access or data from the service available to third parties (including
your own customers) as a service in its own right without a prior written agreement with
LynBro ApS. Using the service inside your own solution that your customers use (e.g. an
address search on a website you operate) is allowed. Agencies and suppliers building
solutions for several customers should contact us for a partner agreement.
- Abuse (brute force, spam, sharing keys with third parties) leads to suspension without
refund.
- We reserve the right to close accounts that violate applicable Danish law.
Prices and payment
- All prices are exclusive of VAT. 25% Danish VAT is added at checkout; VAT-registered
businesses in other EU countries are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism (0%).
- Free plan: 2,000 API calls + 250 MCP calls/month — a hard limit: further calls are refused
(HTTP 429) until the 1st of the next month. No credit card.
- Basis: 89 DKK/month — 60,000 API calls + 5,000 MCP calls/month included.
- Pro: 279 DKK/month — 350,000 API calls + 25,000 MCP calls/month included.
- Enterprise: by agreement.
- Yearly billing: 20% discount vs. the monthly price, charged upfront as one prepaid amount.
- Usage beyond the included quota on Basis and Pro: 1 DKK per started pack of 1,000 extra
API calls (0.001 DKK per call) and 0.05 DKK per extra MCP call. Usage is counted per
calendar month and invoiced in arrears on a separate invoice early in the following month
— also on yearly billing — charged to the payment card on the subscription. For usage
before 1 December 2026 only whole packs are charged (rounded down).
- Billing via Stripe or bank transfer.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time in the dashboard (billing portal) or by email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — the service stays
active until then. Already-paid amounts, including prepaid yearly subscriptions, are
not refunded and are not prorated.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing period without refund of the difference;
upgrades are prorated and charged immediately.
- We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately upon material breach of these terms.
If we terminate without breach on your side, we refund the unused part of any
prepaid period proportionally.
SLA and uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime (Pro) and 99.99% (Enterprise, per agreement). If we miss the
target, we compensate proportionally on the next invoice (Enterprise) or upon request (Pro),
capped at the fee paid for the affected month. The free and Basis plans are provided without
an SLA. Current status: /status.
We make no warranty as to the correctness of address data — we serve Klimadatastyrelsen's
authoritative source and update continuously. Derived and enriched data (valuation, climate
risk, building data) are provided "as is" for informational purposes and are not a substitute
for professional advice.
Fair use
Quotas and rate limits per plan are stated on the pricing page and
enforced technically. Deliberately working around limits, scraping the full dataset via the
API instead of the replication interface, or reselling API access without our written
agreement, is a material breach.
Limitation of liability
LynBro ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data
or business interruption. The total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount
you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email and/or a notice in the dashboard.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Data protection
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for Enterprise customers on request.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts,
with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the agreed venue of first instance.
